CUCM and CUPS CPU usage high

It is mid-morning and one of our subscribers and the IM&P server (Pub) have been running high cpu usage. How can I tell what is causing this. See the attachment from RTMT.

It is difficult to tell what is causing high CPU utilization by just looking at the RTMT graph. There are many different possibilities for this issue including software bug. Check RTMT logs for high CPU utilization. You can refer this document:
