CUCM Smart Licensing for version 12.X

Hi all,

i'm reading about Mediated Deployment Model and it says: 

"For completely disconnected customer who do not have internet connection from their network, they can do file upload and download".

Can you please share documentation on how to to this step-by-step?

My deployment is made of:

CUCM 12.X

Cisco Software Smart Manager On-Prem VM

And a Cisco Smart Account
