Hi All,
Does CWMS support attendee registration similar to the hosted version when using Event Centre? I have looked through the latest 2.5 documentation and can't find it so assume its not available.
If its not available are there any workarounds that people are aware of?
Also does CWMS 2.5 support per meeting joining notification? i.e some meetings can have a 'Beep' and other announce name?

Hi Richard,
CWMS product has only Meeting Center type of meeting room, so no Attendee Registration option is available. I don't think there is any kind of a workaround that can be applied at this time.
As for meeting joining notification, CWMS doesn't have this setting for per meeting. It does have it Global to the system (as a default value for every host), and per host (if you as a host log in to WebEx Site, under My Account > My Audio Connection Options section, there is a "What indicator do you want to hear when someone enters or exits the audio conference:" setting for all the meetings for that specific host. If the host changes that, and then schedules a meeting, that setting would be applied to that meeting.

Hi Richard,
At this time, I am not aware of the plans to include Event Center in CWMS. If you think this would be a good feature to have, what you can do is share this with your Cisco Account Team and they can bring it up with Product Management for consideration.
