CWMS External Problem

We can access the webex meeting URL from inside but meetings URL can not be access externally even though over the internet meetings.company.com URL is getting resolved to Public IP which is then NATed to IRP eth1 IP. Please advise what can be the problem ?

Hi,

If you can point your internal client PCs to resolve WebEx Site URL to Public VIP (just for testing), and can access the WebEx Site URL that way, then here must be an issue with NATing. If your WebEx Site URL on the external DNS points to a public IP address that is properly NATed to Public VIP, this should work.
