CWMS meeting password?

Hi all,

Just a quick question...

what is the purpose of the meeting password, that is created by the host ?

seems everyone who knows the Meeting ID can join to the meeitng without any access code..

Hi Sam,

If you uncheck Exclude password from email invitation and meeting information page, you will need to provide password in seperate email and then you will be prompted to enter a password once you come to attend the meeting.

Ofcourse this is only for Web portion of the Meeting.
