device type icon does not appears on cucm

hi,

when i install device pack cmterm-devicepack8.5.1.18141-1.cop.sgn on CUCM 8.5.1.12900-7 the device type image of cisco jabber for tablet does not appears, only i can see a X image where that must be.

Is there a way to upload again?

if is there how to do that?

Hi Luis,

Please make sure that the device pack is installed on all servers and cluster is rebooted after that. Since the option of Cisco Jabber for Tablet is available , so the device pack seems to have been installed. A cluster reboot can be tried and check if the issue persists.

Hi Manish,

yes I install device pack in all nodes of cluster and reboot nodes one by one.

I have to contact cisco TAC support, and they say to me that I have to reinstall a cop file of cisco jabber for tablet an restart cisco tomcat service, I will try this and post the result of that action for future search about this issue.
