We don't have Cisco 8861 endpoint yet; however we got layer1 issue in 8851 MRA phones, tested with several 8851 and it takes several mins to recover 8851. Worked with TAC they build new load that helped to bring down recover time up to 3 mins still too long. 8865 recovers phone with 20-30 sec. Thinking to replace 8851 to 8861. Does both phone use same firmware or different?
Does BE7000M and CUCM 11.5 support 8861?
