We recently got several VG320 and VG310 and just deployed but I see the link these hardware are expired.

End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco Voice Gateway VG320-EM and VG310-EM

Are VG320-EM and VG320 are the same hardware and already eol?

The -EM models are for Emerging Markets. These models are not exactly the same as the ones without -EM. From what I know the VG310/320 are not announced as EOL.

I am quoting them now in CCW, and they show that Cisco will no longer be selling VG310 as of September 30, 2024.

That is for sure interesting as there are no EOL announcement made from what I can find for this, or the big brother VG320 that has the same note in CCW, yet.

The same here. I searched everywhere for the EOS announcement and could not find it. I wanted to send it to my customers so that I could sell them the VG400, but I could not find it.

Because there is none. It's there, when it's there ...

Not sure what you want to add to this thread with this link as from what I can see there is no announcement for EOL or EOS for the model discussed in this thread.

Hi Roger.
The only EOL I can find is in French !!

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/vg-sehttps://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/unified-communications/vg-series-gateways/eos-eol-notice-listing.htmlries-gateways/vg-310320-eol-fr.pdf

But it gives the replacements at least.

I have asked my contact at Cisco to escalate to the BU to obtain an English version and post it on the main VG EOL page:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/unified-communications/vg-series-gateways/eos-eol-notice-listing.html

Update from BU: "it will be updated/reposted before the end of the month."

Hope that helps

Gordon

Hi Roger,

Thanks for your reply and for pointing out my faux pas.

Hopefully the BU will post it in the correct page and in English soon.

Have a good day

Gordon

Yes, Cisco announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life for the VG320-EM and VG310-EM models. The standard VG320 and VG310 models are different from the EM versions, and as of now, there hasn't been an end-of-life announcement for the VG320 and VG310 models without the EM designation. If you've recently deployed VG320 and VG310 units, they should still be supported, but it's always a good idea to check Cisco's official documentation for the most current information.
