DX70 and DX80 Phone Features

Hi Experts

We have just got one DX70 and DX80 and we are facing some problems in it like

1) When we register both the endpoints with CUCM we are unable to see the menu ( Android) option which we were able to use before registering it to CUCM ( Email,jabber, webex, playstore etc). Android platform and phone features are not working simultaneously. 

2) Unable to use USB device ERROR-  "THE USB ACCESSORY IS DISABLED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR" though i have enabled it from CUCM.

Please suggest.

Maybe change it from the default "simple" mode to "enhanced" mode.  simple takes away apps and functionality where 'enhanced' lets you use all android apps and functionality.  Find it in device->phone. under "product specific configuration layout"  search for "device UI Profile".

Yes, after choosing "enhanced" mode, Phone and Android Apps work concurrently.

However, PlayStore is missing, also bluetooth mouse no longer working.

Please advise if any solution ?

Did you resolve the missing play store Icon? We are suffering the same issue.

Dug a little deeper, There is an option under the phone in CUCM that enabled it for me:

"Allow Applications from Google Play"

Reset the device and its appeared
