Empty Persistant chat tables

Hi,

We want to log all the IM sessions taking place between Jabber users to a DB. 

From Cisco Docs we understand the persistent chat feature provides such a facility.

 

Postgre 9.1 has been installed and linked to IM&P server.

I logged in to IMP Administration  and enabled Compliance and linked to the Postgre DB.

I have restarted the XCP Router service and the XCP Message Archiver service.

I have verified the XCP Router service is logging trace in INFO level.

DB tables are automatically created in the Database

 

 

Problem

I do not see chat data coming to the persistent chat related DB tables.

Is there any thing which i could have missed leading to such an issue.

Any update on this case please.

Is this the wrong forum to discuss this problem

Can you post the version of CUMP? I think older version than 10 of cump dont have feature of persistant chat.
