hi all,
i set busy greeting in unity connection for my IP Phone , but i can`t use it, i mean i set this greeting for busy , i do the following setting:
1- set recording in unity connection in busy greeting
2- forward internal busy in CUCM check box in my IP Phone
3- any one calls me when line is busy he listen to busy tone, not my greeting record
what i`m missing ?

Do you have a voicemail profile assigned?
Have you checked the call logs, why the call is not working? --> That's the first thing you should do.
What were your troubleshooting steps up until now?
Have you checked the checkbox Redirecting Diversion Header Delivery - Outbound in the SIP trunk?

yes I have profile assign, all calls working well, any other record working well, but I need to enable busy record which located in my voice mail profile in CUC, there is a lot of record like holiday, alternate ,and busy , I need to enable this busy record
last thing :
redirecting diversion, yes it is enable

Have you checked the call logs? Is the call forwarded to Unity?
If user gets a busy tone, then it sounds like the call is not reaching CUC at all, and is stuck somewhere in CUCM.
