Hi,
In windows, jabber version Version 12, i am unable to identify which setting enables the Voicemail option in Setting>Accounts.
For some users, i can see the option to add the Voicemail account details there and for others it doesn't even show up.

Hi,
check the service profile in CUCM, which is assigned to the end user.
If this service profile doesn't have a voicemail profile assigned, then the section won't show up in Jabber.
Also: Why still using such an old version of Jabber?

Make sure that your service profile has these settings set and that the end user object in CM has the service profile set as the one he/she uses.
If you tick the check box "Make this the default service profile for the system" you can have the end user object set to this instead of specifically defining what UC Service Profile to use.
