Hello,
Our expressway c and e server certificate got expired. We did updated the new certificate in expressway C. But in expressway e gui is not loading. showing the SSL certificate expired message as display . so that i am not able to login Expressway E.
Tired to Connect with WinSCP for removing old cert, but root password not taking.
We have Cli access of Expressway E.How can i clear the old certificate in expressway e and then via gui add the new one. Please provide CLI Commands..

Not sure there is a CLI way, but these two files is what makes up the certificate on the Expressway.
Don't know what will happen if you either remove them, or simply rename them. I would propably do the latter, but take a snapshot of the VM before doing that so you have a way to backout if it goes sideways.

By CLI, you can log in with both the admin and root accounts. When you mention having CLI access, it typically means admin access. However, you need root access to perform that task.
If you don't know the root password, reboot the Expressway and you will have 60 seconds to reset the password using the "pwrec" command. I have attached a video on how to do that. Once you reset the root password, access the Expressway using WinSCP, remove the server.pem file, and you will be able to access the Expressway GUI.
