Expressway - what does ”peak” mean on resource usage

i would like to know meaning of "peak" on Expressway resource usage page.

Does it shows the "peak count" since last restart?

Yes that’s what I understand that it means.

The peak registrations on my cores have not changed at all in over a month.  With the holidays behind us. There is a zero chance that the endpoint count could be the same.  How long will the statistic sample?  Is this during the last 30 days?
