Failed file transfer via cisco jabber android on internal network

Hello all,

I have a cucm 11.5 integrated by cisco IM & presence all work fine .

the transfer files via cisco jabber windows works fine , but not works by cisco jabber android on internal network  it give this message after transfer file ''failed file transfer ''.

in attachement you can find screenshot  for this problem .

How can i solve this problem ?

Thank you Nithin for your reply , transfer with jabber Windows work fine but it not work with jabber mobile android.
