Hi,
we are running cisc cucm version 12.
i have a issue with a call forward and voice mail. its best to explain with an example.
2 users:
User A. 2222 - has voicemail account
User B 3333 - has voicemail account
A forward all is done from 2222 user A to 3333 user B
if dialed 2222 user A the number does divert to user B, however on no-asnwer the voicemail goes back to users A.
not sure if we have missed somthing.
it should be if dialed 2222 with a forward on to 3333, upon no answer it should go to 3333 user B voicemail as it has forward checked to 3333
kindly advise on this.
