How to setup admin phone with shared extension delay ring?

I have Manager and admin. Both phone has shared extension. Is it possible, shared extension rings after few sec of manager rings?

That's not possible, you would need to change the call flow and use a line group instead

As @Jaime Valencia said, it's not possible.

But I just wanna ask a logical question: What or which config setting should determine the "primary" phone to ring first of a shared line? I mean, that's the meaning of a shared line in the first place, that the same number is ringing on multiple endpoints.
