Integrate Cisco Webex teams (formerly Cisco Spark) with CUCM - Hybrid services.

Hi everyone,

Im trying to find out how i can integrate cisco webex teams (cisco spark) with cucm.

We already have CUCM.

I have read some documents but i cannot find any good guide.

I've also understood that you need to configure Expressway C/E

Has anyone did this before?

Ive seen this guideline below but not sure if this is good to start?

You will definitely need Expressway to get this stood up. Sizing considerations will dictate how many.

Hi Jonathan,

We've got Webex Teams up and running but we've only got hybrid option in the UK. We've got 1xExp-C running with Connectors. I believe in a small environment we also need +1Exp-C and Exp-E (for traversal). Can you advise what services to run on each and are the required licenses free? 

Theres a confusing line on Expressway saying "You should install one for Expressway or VCS, but it is not required for Hybrid Services."

I'd really appreciate any help
