If am having 4331 with 12.5 CME version, is it possible to have soft phone like CIPC before to work with it and what is needed to make it work like license or othere, i read in CME 11.5 datasheet there is Jabber for windows. Will it works and registers in the cme 12.5?

If i need 2 Fxo and one UCS-EN140N-M2, why in 4331 they make auto attendant module consume one NIM not like ISM-SRE-300 which plugged inside the router itself? is there a huge cost between 4331 and 4351?
will sm-x-8fxs/12fxo works same as NIM-4FXO i.e just plugging RJ-11 pstn lines inside the 12 FXO module, because is see its shape looks strange not like the NIM-4FXO, OR it needs some cabling and patch panels? Wil this module works in Middle East like Saudi Arabia & Yemen countries as i see Middle East countries not listed taking into consideration that FXO works normally.??
