My client has many iphone(don't know ios/phone version yet) users at the same site that successfully register to CUCM 8.5.1. This new user, setup exactly as the same as the other users, shows unregistered but did obtain an IP Address (in the same subnet as the other users).
Phone Configuration:
Registration | Unregistered |
IP Address | 10.X.XXX.XXX |
Active Load ID | Jabber_for_iOS-11.7.1.244499 |
Question: What logs or packet captures should I grab to troubleshoot his connectivity issue?

can that particular user, log in with his creds on another phone?

The end user ended up wiping the phone and reinstalling Jabber and it worked! Thanks for the response. I will remember to have someone test on another phone first.
