Hi Christina,
can you do the following for me and let me know how it goes.
On Gateway remove the following.
ccm-manager config server 192.168.80.8
ccm-manager redundant-host cucmsub
mgcp call-agent cucmpub 2427 service-type mgcp version 0.1
On Gateway add the following.
mgcp call-agent <Primary CUCM server IP> 2427 service-type mgcp version 0.1
ccm-manager redundant-host <Secondary CUCM Server IP>
On CUCM Make sure the following matches:
Gateway name:VG_SAN_FRAN_01.elvalle.com
Also the CM Group configured on the gateway has same primary and secondary as mentioned in the above configuration
After this is done do:
no mgcp
mgcp.

Adarsh Chauhan

Hi Adarsh.
Thanks for your response. However after making the recommended changes the status is the same.

Any other recommended action will be appreciate.
Thanks.

can you please send me debug mgcp packet and call manager traces.
1) do no mgcp on gateway
2) run debug mgcp packet on gateway.
3) Click Reset on MGCP gateway on call manager.
4) run mgcp on gateway.
5) get the debugs.
6) collect traces from call manager.
link says to collect CTI Traces, ignore that.

Hi there
Have you configured any PRI controllers on this GW ? You can configure any endpoint/PRI on to this and connect with a loopback cable and see if the gateway is getting registered
Hope this Helps
Cheers
Rath!
