Hi everyone,
I've got some trouble to use jabber for windows (9.1.3) on a CUCM9.1 (bundled into a BE6K).
I have used Cisco Jabber for Windows 9.1.x Server Setup Guide, and when I log jabber, here is the results when I make a connection test:
I only want to use jabber as a video phone. Presence doesn't matter for me.
The softphone can't connect the CUCM.
CUP(9.1) gets the users from the CUCM, but phones are unregistered.
Do you have any idea to fix this issue?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Bruno Z.

Do you have the CSF configured on CUCM and properly associated to the End User?

Hi,
Yes, the CSF is properly configured on CUCM and associated to the end user. On previous CUCM version, we had to make a SIP trunk between CUP and CUCM... but this one is not mentionned on 9.1 versions...
Thanks.

SIP trunk is still required for the same reason you require it in previous versions to publish phone presence status. This is specified in the deployment guide.
Do you have the end user properly configured in CUCM for presence UC profile with proper UC services, remember this configuration is quite different from previous versions where the provisiong was done on CUPS side and now has been moved to CUCM.
