I have J4W version 9.6 with CUCM 9.1 integrated over SIP Trunk to VCS version 7.2 and EX90 endpoint. Whenever J4W make a call to EX90 the EX90 would answer the call but from J4W it is still ringing continously until hang up call (no audio or video). When EX90 make a call to J4W, the call is answered from J4W but from EX90 it is still ringing and then after 10 seconds a busy tone is heard on J4W.
If we enable MTP on the SIP Trunk the call is connected but I am getting no video because it is software MTP. However on the documentation I should not need to enable MTP. I have followed the documentation very carefully.
If we enable SIP trace for non-MTP call we see that the VCS just continously send INVITE but getting no respond back from CUCM. Am I hitting a bug?

I have the same problem - J4W version 9.6 registered with CUCM 9.1 trying to call EX90 registered with VCS 7.2.2 over a SIP trunk. Call is established but no audio/video. Checked Firewall and routing - no issues. Please let me know if you find something and I will do the same.
