Hi folks,
Please guide me through jabber phone only mode with UDS integration.
Just referred to document guide and have configured
- UC Service (only CTI Service)
- UC Service Profile
- CSF Device (End user is mapped)
- End user (CSF device mapped for CTI, UC profile mapped and Primary extension).
- Under Directory service, "Use UDS for Contact Resolution" is checked
I have ot configured
- No LDAP
- No DNS SRV records
- No Directory service
While login to Jabber, it gives me error "Format not correct". Under Jabber Advanced Settings, CUCM and CUCM IP Address defined.
Please suggest.
