We updated Cisco Jabber from 11.8 to 11.9 on some Windows workstations for testing. Afterwards the group call pickup popup does not show up anymore even though it still does on the phone display. When we navigate inside Jabber to Pick up tab and pressing Pickup while someones phone of same group rings it picks the call as it does with the according softkey on the deskphone. So everything is working beside showing the popup.
We run CUCM version 11.5.1.12900-21 and IMP 11.5.1.12900-25.
Does anybody have the same issue or in an opitmal way the solution for our issue? :)

Is it maybe jabber.conf.xml related? Does 11.9 require another config than .8.x for group pickup?

I have the same versions in use and the pop ups still work fine for me.
Try restarting things, and if that does not help open a case and go through the client logs.

is your phone registered to the CUCM publisher when it doesn't get your toast for pickup? and is your jabber using the CTIManager on the publisher or another server?
try registering your phone to the publisher and configuring your jabber to use the publisher for CTI.
