Jabber 11 PC windows 7 Client gets 'Failed to start session. error on SSO login
not a PW issue can log into other services
Un installed and reinstalled client and reset Jabber

Any resolution? I am now receiving this out of the blue with version 11.1(2). Uninstalled, reinstalled the latest 11.5(0) and am still receiving the error.

no answer but I believe it was an AP issue for us with users of other domains and primary smtp addresses

I'm experiencing this same problem with Jabber for Mac 11.5 and the Android client. Any resolution?
