For my particular case we found it was due to recording being enabled for the user. I've set the Recording Option: Disabled on the user's line for now. TAC pointed me to Calabrio's support for further troubleshooting.
Were you able to make headway with this issue? I have a customer with the exact same symptoms for a single user on CUCM v10.5.2, Jabber v11.0. Moved her to a new workstation and the issue followed.
Any resolution? I am now receiving this out of the blue with version 11.1(2). Uninstalled, reinstalled the latest 11.5(0) and am still receiving the error.
