Hello,
Jabber stores call history somewhere into the user local cache (C:\Users\Majchrzak\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber). If you delete it, no more call in history tab.
Drawback :
- In virtual environment, you change of PC every x days, or on a restart, or if your machine is rebuilt periodically. You loose call history.
- If you work on multiple locations or machines, your call history does not follow your profile. For example using sometimes a laptop when travelling you don't have your desk PC call history.
Is there any plan to store these informations in the roaming profile ?
Thanks,

Hi,
Most customers are sensitive about data being written to the roaming profile. This can increases the size of roaming folders and can affect storage and login/logout times. You can open an enhancement request via Cisco TAC for this.
Thanks,

Hello,
I'll do this request.
Maybe a path choice option (local or roaming) in the .msi and/or a time frame limitation of call history could be a solution that fulfils all clients needs.

Hi again,
However 1 event in the call history seems to increase log file located in AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History by around 1 kb.
This is not a big amount of data. 1000 call history for 1 Mo
That's true that if you connect with a 56k modem from a lost location, this could be a problem.
