The software requirements are documented in the Admin Guide. You'll need to be far more specific. What actually isn't working? Also please be specific of what builds of CUCM and CUP you're using.

Sorry about that. CUCM is 8.5.1 and CUP is 8.5.3
We are not able to log onto Video and Voice calling. Regular IM and presence status is available, but we are not able to make calls from it at all.
We get "failed to get device configuration" when attempting to log in. Does the CM services need to be restarted?

Ok Disregard that last message. I am getting my deployment of Windows Jabber and IPAD.
It seems that if you have a local contact in Outlook it will not correctly display the presence status of the user in an email ect.
