Does Jabber for Windows 10.6 registered to cm8.6 use application dial rules to modify dialed numbers before matching route patterns?

ok, I see it mentioned in the doc.   Would you then expect to be able to use dialed number analyzer against a jabber client, and see the natural call flow progression?
