Running 9.1 Jabber, unable to add more than 10 contacts, have uninstalled and reinstalled the client.

Having same problem. Looks like it stems from the situation where contacts are distributed between the two servers (HA) and one can only add the contacts from the same node the user itself belongs to. Don't know the fix
Were you able to get a resolution from Cisco.

Hello,
Check if your nodes are on different subnets. This could be the problem. You will have to change under cluster topology from mdns to router to router.
