Jabber for Windows 11.8
IM&P and CUCM is 11.5
Expressway E and C is 8.10
Using expressway for MRA. Jabber clients cant login.
Cisco Collaboration Solutions Analyzer shows:
Outside and inside Domain is the same. All SRV Records are correct and ok tested. The above analyzer shows green at all other (ssl, dns, edge config, cucm)
Can somebody give a hint?

Hi,
This is very general output, can't really think of why it is not working.
In the "Cisco Collaboration Solutions Analyzer" you have a better tool, go to "Log Analysis", but before that enable the diagnostics, go in both Expressway servers to: Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Diagnostics logging. Press "Start new log" in the same time in both servers, and try to login. After you get the error message in your Jabber, stop to logging in both servers and use the "Download log" button in order to download the gathered logs. Then go back to "Log Analysis" page in the "Cisco Collaboration Solutions Analyzer" and upload both gathered TAR files.
It'll give you a better output, like the error themselves that are very easy to miss when you're going the log files by yourself. Then share the output with us.
Also, in both servers check the Status -> Logs -> Event log, and see if there are errors colored in red that probably have to do with your issue.
Another thing, have you checked that there are no ports being blocked by the Firewall?

Besides my previous reply, can you tell me what you've configured under Expressway-C -> Configuration -> Unified Communication -> Configuration ?
What you selected in:
If the first one is "Yes" and the second one is "No". Please also go to your CUCM and under System -> Enterprise Parameters, under SSO and OAuth Configuration section, set the "OAuth with Refresh Login Flow" as Enabled. Now save & apply.
