Jabber cert renewal pop window on users PC - CUCM/IMP 14.0.1.13900-8

Hello everyone,

I am renewing Jabber certs for a customer and they asked if it is possible that users do not get a pop when they login to Jabber after the renewal.

I know sometimes it can be done using the Windows group policy.

Can anyone guide me if there is any docuemntation regarding that so i can provide them the information.

if you are using selfsigned cert with cucm, you must install them in trusted root certificates of your windows..
or if you are using CA signed cert, you must install CA root in trusted root certificates of your windows..
