I have a 10.5 deployment (Pub/Sub + 1 IMP) and wanted to see about getting click to call from the browser or applications working properly. Jabber for Windows is working and I'm able to click to call from within the jabber client if it's a contact, but if I'm on a website or have a phone number somewhere else how do i get the option to click to call? I was on 11.9 but I had installed it w/ switches for testing so I uninstalled and went through the executable for 12.1, relaunched FireFox to test but didn't get any option when I highlight and right click on a number. If I launch Excel and prepend a number with tel: then it works as expected. Is there something i need to enable w/in Jabber or is this not how click to call would work?

Thanks. I had read that document and from what i understood I'd have to re-open FireFox and should've been prompted to install/allow the add-on, but I never was. And when I tried to search for the Add-on directly in FireFox I didn't see it. I restarted Chrome as well but didn't get prompted there either.
So since I don't use IE unless forced to hadn't tried it, but the option is available there to call with Jabber or Edit with Jabber, so the feature is enabled. It just doesn't seem to be available across all apps?

Yea,Yeah, that's how its supposed to work as far as I know. The users are full admins on the domain as well as local admins on their machines, but were never prompted in either IE or Chrome. It worked in firefox from what I recall however.
