Jabber crashes On screen sharing

Hi guys!

In the company i work for we recently implemented Jabber version 12.1.0 (build 266460).

I recently stumbled upon a case in which the jabber crashes only when trying to share a screen with someone else, and when the user exits and re-enter, the share option works fine. there are no kind of logs that indicate the jabber crashed.

I noticed several users experiencing similar cases.

Gather a PRT from the involved machines and review them for hints, or open a TAC case to have this looked at.
