Is there a known issue with Jabber 9.1.2.12936 Window build?
After uninstalling a previous J4W build and installing this build, I'm not able to start Jabber. It crashes immediately with PRT.
Please see attached PRT collected.

Hi Kathy,
This crash is being tracked by CSCuc95361. As a workaround delete credentials from following Jabber folder:
%USER%\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSFCredentials
Thanks,
Maqsood

Thanks Maqsood.
Yes, it works after deleting the CSF\Credentials folder and re-entering all the credentials required to connect.
