Hi,
I have problem with Jabber client, it's 12.8.2 version for Windows. This user does not have Phone Service in Settings.
Not possible to register at all.
During creation, I used copy function from a known to be working user, and configured End user, Device, and associate device with user. I have provided Line, and applied config.
I tried couple of options to test. Those are following:
> Tried to create End User, Device, association from scratch, not using copy function. Applied config.
> Tried to log in with different, working user on that particular PC, and Phone Service was working.
> Tried that user which is not working on other PC on which Phone Service is known to be working, but Phone Service didn't worked in that case as well.
> Tried to install older Jabber versions, 10.6 was oldest, but not working.
I have also tried on PC's on domain network, and on non-domain network over VPN.
All check boxes green on Licensing side.
Any suggestion what it could be ?

You can review the PRT for clues as to why it fails, and/or review the Jabber documentation and review all the necessary steps for this to work to make sure they're all correct in your deployment.
