We are experimenting with Jabber in Windows at the moment with this error, when we are in conference, in normal call or when it will close the program.
This window appears when client is crashing. When you encounter this window again, select a component from the dropdown that you think caused the crash and then save the problem report (It will be saved on your desktop). You can then attach the crash report with this thread for investigation or open a TAC case.
