We have jabber for Iphone configured on CUCM 8.6.2, Everything is working fine except voicemail (CUC 9.1.2)
It shows status " Not signed", but when you try to enter credentials manually, it doesn't allow to enter Voicemail server. It is greyed out.
Searched community and couldn't find much info regarding this issue.
Any help is much appreciated.

Have you configured Voicemail server settings under "Product Specific Configuration Layout" on the TCT configuration page on CUCM?

Can you restart the TFTP service and relogin into jabber.
