Jabber for Windows 9.0(1) status stays as away after returning

After returning to my computer and unlocking it my status stays in away mode and must manually be changed back to available. Is there a way to automate this?

This is a known defect in Jabber for Windows being tracked by CSCtz28780.

According to TAC only if the following is happening would CSCtz28780 be relevant which isnt the case as the users only lock the computer to go to lunch or a meeting. Also it doesn't seem to happen every time...

This could be relevant if your network changes while in the idle state.  This might not be explicitly an IP change, but could be more subtle like a wireless SSID change, or switching wireless routers
