Have a relatively new implementation. Jabber for Windows user's reporting a issue.
Jabber for windows users making calls from "inside" the corporate network work well.
Jabber for windows users "outside" our corporate network calls stop at exactly 15 minutes, call appears to be up on both end, but no voice communications.
UCM Version 11.0, Expressway Version X8.9.1, Jabber Version 11.8.4

Sounds like a call manager/router/firewall issue where a timer is expiring and closing a connection needed for maintaining the call.

Did you find anything to solved it ?
for Jabber fo windows MRA (outside corporate network), no voice after 15 minutes
It works with Jabber for Iphone

looks like there is an ALG / SIP Packet inspection Firewall beside who is dropping the connections.

Have you done a wireshark while connecting..?
Sounds like an ACK that is not send or not replied to, COLT by any chance :-)
Seen a few complains going back to 2012 with the same error / problem.
They send an INVITE over the SIP connection every 15 min.
