The option does not appear for my customer. I thought this was supposed to be resolved with the 9.1 release that is now posted on CCO but my customer still states that it is missing. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or has tested this functionality or if they are hitting this bug:

Hi Derrick,
Customer could well be hitting CSCud11927. Tab can be inisible for 2 reasons.
1. Customer does not have a Conferencing Profile configured on the CUP server and have it assigned to that user
2. Customer has disabled meeting integrations via the CUP user page
