Hello,
we are going to rollout jabber for windows as softphone solution for some users.
Unfortunately I can't find the option to move an active voice call to the mobile phone of the user configured as remote destination. On the deskphones there is an option "send to mobile" on the mobility softkey. I also miss the option to enable and disable the mobility feature on jabber.
Where is my problem? Do I have to configure anything else?
On the other hand, if I take an incoming call to my enterprise DN on the mobile phone and hang up there, the jabber phone window pops up and I can choose to continue the call on jabber or not. This is working as expected.
Thanks in advance for your help.
All the best
Thomas

Hi Jaime,
thanks for your fast reply.
Sadly, this is not what I want to hear, but well...
I can't understand why one of the most important features of SNR is not available to Jabber. IMHO this is not a technical Problem.
All the best
Thomas

You can get in touch with your SE/AM to submit a PER so this can be considered for the future.

Disappointing to see this is still not implemented in 2024 on Jabber v14.1 for Windows.
