Jabber IM logging

Does Jabber log IM sessions and if so, where do I find the logged IM sessions? We are running Jabber client 9.7 (Windows) with CUPS 8.6, CUCM 8.6. Thank you.

Logging requires to set up a PostgreSQL or Oracle DB (in your case, PostgreSQL is the only option) so messages are sent there, or to buy a 3rd party compliance solution.

Do you know of any viritual appliance that can do this and or a Web font end that a manger could use to review the messages?
