I have several Jabber Mac users who don't have phone services today. Windows users are fine. Attached is a trouble report from a Mac user. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Beth
Per Cisco TAC I restarted our CallManager servers and that fixed the issue. We did a capture and found out that CallManager was not responding to Jabber in a timely manner. Windows kept trying to connect while Macs gave up. Thanks TAC!
