Jabber Mobile rings delayed or doesn´t stop ringing

Hi,

 

I got a customer with Jabber Mobile. There is the behavior that when you ge a call on your desk phone the Jabber Mobile rings paralell to the phone but when I pick up at the desk phone, the Jabber Mobile App doesn´t stop ringing...

Also there is the effekt that after a time, for example 5 min, the Jabber Mobile App gets a phantom Call from the original call on the desk phone.

 

What can this be?

We are also having the same issue . We are using the jabber Jabber_for_Android-12.8.0.301920  on cucm 11.5 version but still desk phone call get finish & after 5 mins jabber rings.  Is that the issue b/c we are using sccp phones & jabber on one profile.

Is Cisco going to address this issue? 

We don't have these issues with Microsoft Teams mobile or otherwise!

Open a TAC case to dig in and see if it is the same issue , this thread is several years old for different software versions .
