Hi,
We have CUCM10 running Jabber MRA client 10.5. When an external caller using MRA dials a deskphone we get one one way audio but only if that user has a webcam. Other users are fine. Anyone seen this before?
Normal desk based users (without webcam) are fine ie Jabber MRA to deskphone user with J4W.
Any offers please?

Hi Rich,
I'm having the same issue with a new rollout.
Calling from deskphone to Jabber iPHone over MRA is fine. But if I initiate the call from iphone there is one way audio.
Any help appreaciated.

Can you supply the traces from a call that diasplays this type of behaviour?
