Jabber not saving contacts in Allow/Block Lists under Advanced Privacy

Is there a setting I have to set in CUCM to allow users to use the Allow/Block lists in Advanced Privacy? I add a user to the list and hit apply then the entry disappears.

 

I'm using Jabber 14.0.2 on Windows and using CUCM 12.5.1.11900-146. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @ahaug,

This seems to be an issue on Jabber version 14.0.1 and 14.0.2. It works fine on Jabber version 14.0.0 and earlier. I wasn't able to find software bug ID. I would recommend to open Cisco TAC case and highlight the issue with them.
