Jabber on Macbook and Andriod: Cannot communicate with the server(CUCM)

i have a lab configured with CUCM and IM&P server with MS server as DNS and AD.
CUCM
- UC profile is configured
- Users are synced from AD
- Users assigned all permissions
- CSF for Macbook jabber configured - properly
- BOT for Andriod jabber configured - properly

IM&P:
- Communicating with CUCM no issue
- All services are running no issue

DNS:
- SRV and A records are configured and resolve-able by all client devices including Macbook

Issue i am dealing with is only happening to Macbook and Android BOT. Both of these devices can login to IM&P server(when i manually add the IP under advance in Jabber) by using username@domain.com, Though same for CUCM generates "Cannot communicate with the server". 

Note: with same configuration of these voice servers Jabber on my windows machines works just fine no issue at all.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Make sure all device/user/DN associations are in place and if no avail, review a PRT to confirm Jabber can resolve all the FQDNs/hostnames from your servers and that they match your certificates CN/SAN

I have tested all users (CSF,BOT) on windows machine and everything works just fine, however when i try same users on Macbook/Andriod i get "cannot communicate"
