Good afternoon!
I am beating my head into a wall over here. I am connecting to Jabber over VPN. I am able to place calls to internal extensions, but I am not able to receive any calls. My desk phone rings, but my app does not.
Any suggestions?

I should also share that as soon as I disconnect the VPN, I am able to receive calls.

You means it works with MRA and working on internal network ?
then u need to look int to he VPN configuration.

More than likely the routes on your VPN would be the issue. Have you tried to reset your Jabber and log back in when connected to VPN? Once you do that, do a control shift D on your PC so we can see the phone services are connected.
